We aim to ship your poster in 3–5 business days. Since it’s custom-made just for you, it takes a little longer than something off the shelf. We usually dispatch orders within 48 hours, but during busy times, it might take up to five days. Good things take time.

If your poster shows up damaged or something’s wrong, we’ve got you covered. Let us know within 30 days, and we’ll replace it for free. But since each poster is customized, we can’t take returns for other reasons. So if you need to cancel or make a change, reach out as soon as possible—once it’s printed, there’s no going back.

All posters are 19.69″ x 27.56″ (50×70 cm).

It’s printed on 200 g/m² acid-free matte paper, which means it’s built to last. It looks great, feels great, and won’t yellow over time. Plus, it’s eco-friendly—FSC-certified and printed using climate-neutral processes.

If we’ve agreed on a refund, you’ll see it back in your account within 14 business days. If it’s taking longer, check with your bank—they sometimes move at their own speed.
